Where are you located?
We are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Travel within 30 miles of our area is included. Farther events will require an additional travel fee.
Do you provide alcohol?
You bring the booze. We bring the experience! North & South Carolina ABC laws prohibits the sale of alcohol. Therefore, mobile bars cannot legally provide alcohol. We will create & provide the alcohol shopping list based off of your event details, so there is no additional work on your end.
Are you insured?
Yes! We have liquor and general liability insurance.
How do I secure my date?
Once we have received the details of your event & verified your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to officially make it a date!
This deposit will go towards your total invoice. A deposit is required in order to hold your spot, as we’ve typically turned others away to reserve your date.
Do you have a refund policy?
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours of reserving to receive a full refund of your deposit. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
If you need to postpone, you have the option to transfer your deposit to another event within 12 months from your original event date, subject to availability. A revised contract will be prepared to reflect the new event date.
Do you serve non-alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! We will work with you to curate refreshing non-alcoholic mock tails, lemonades, teas or soft drinks.
What kind of events do you do?
Any and all events! Birthdays, retirement, bachelor/ette parties, BBQ’s, rehearsal dinners, weddings and everything in between. Whether you want a small table set up with one bartender, or the whole trailer set up with a full bar, we have options for every event.
How big is the trailer?
The trailer is 7' W x 7' H x 10' L (including the hitch). The Steed will need to be parked over firm, flat ground.
